Japinos started off with a soft opening to see how the crowd reacted to our food and officially opened on September 29, 2019, at Festival Mall Alabang. We believe in serving fresh, tasty and afforadable Filipino favorites with a Japanese twist!
The heart of Japinos and the head of our kitchen. Having studied Culinary Arts at At-Sunrice GlobalChef Academy, Chef Angel puts her skills to the kitchen. She puts love and passion in to everything that she makes.

The owner was very nice and took the time to explain to us that this is not simply adding Japanese flavoring to Filipino dishes, but thoughtfully fusing two cuisines to bring about very interesting flavors. Love the egg topping, love the miso soup, love the whole dish! Will come back for more!
Masarap na at mura pa , I order shanghaidon yesterday and surprisingly kalasa ng shanghai nila ang one of the famous food chain here in our country with a side dish of pouch egg masarap dishes nila I already ate here for the fourth time all I can say is thumbs up
